Hermes Overseas Baggage Agency Pty Ltd is an Australian based company founded in Melbourne in 1964 by Harry and Anne Thodis and is now operated by the next generation of the family. We specialize in the movement of personal and household effects as well as general and commercial cargo.

Our policy is to provide satisfaction to our customers with the utmost professionalism when handling their valuable personal items.

We provide all our customers with friendly personal service and experienced advice on how to prepare your goods, packing methods and materials, insurance, transit time and what to expect at the destination. On an importing basis we take care of your shipments from arrival to delivering to your home.

We are approved by the Australian Customs Service and the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service to handle all facets of clearing your imported goods and cater for both FCL (full container load) and LCL (less than container load) shipments. Hermes Shipping is also a registered food premises enabling us to handle all types of food imports.
